SendEva – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SendEva, a multivendor delivery platform connecting customers, vendors, and riders in one seamless experience. By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the SendEva Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms

  • Consent to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and other applicable policies

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


2. Definitions

  • “SendEva” refers to the platform operator and brand.

  • “Users” includes Customers, Vendors, and Riders.

  • “Vendors” are businesses that list and sell products or services on the platform.

  • “Riders” are independent delivery agents who fulfill deliveries.

  • “Customers” are end-users who place orders on the platform.


3. Account Registration & Use

All users must register with accurate personal or business information. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not share or transfer your account without our written consent

SendEva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.


4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are subject to availability and vendor confirmation.

  • Payment must be made via approved methods within the app.

  • Customers agree to pay all charges, including delivery fees and taxes, as shown at checkout.

  • Vendors receive payments after deducting applicable service or commission fees.


5. Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Orders are delivered by SendEva-affiliated riders.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may result in additional fees or no refund.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers can cancel orders from the app (subject to timing).

  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Vendors must promptly notify customers and SendEva of unavailable items or cancellations.


7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • List only accurate, lawful, and available items

  • Ensure timely preparation and handover of orders

  • Handle complaints professionally

  • Comply with SendEva’s packaging, pricing, and service standards


8. Rider Responsibilities

Riders agree to:

  • Maintain valid identification and legal authorization to work

  • Fulfill deliveries efficiently and professionally

  • Handle goods with care

  • Follow all road safety and platform guidelines


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the SendEva platform, including logos, designs, and technology, is the intellectual property of SendEva or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without permission.


10. User Content

Users may post reviews, feedback, or other content. You grant SendEva a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use this content in promoting or improving the platform.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or offensive material

  • False information or impersonation

  • Promotion of illegal activity


11. Limitations of Liability

SendEva is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by vendors, riders, or traffic

  • Loss or damage resulting from your use or inability to use the platform

  • Errors in vendor listings or product descriptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected order.


12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We detect fraud or misuse

  • Required by law or platform safety concerns


13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you via email or app notification. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.


14. Governing Law
